I was surfing through Google images looking at different smokers and grills to get some idea of what kind of new smoker I would like to get. I found some interesting looking smokers out there. These definitely are not the norm but I guess they work.

Smokin One Day and Snowin The Next Day

We were grilling and smoking on Super Bowl Sunday and on the following Monday we had 5 inches of snow. What a difference 24 hours makes. Barbecue and Grills and Smokers all ablaze on one day and then buried in snow the next. Kentucky is famous for it’s ever changing weather panel but that doesn’t mean we can clear off the snow and fire it all back up.

The small town of Earlington, KY was the scene of one of hundreds of bbq events that are held annually across the country. Contrary to popular belief size doesn’t matter and that holds true for this event. After all, Earlington only has a couple thousand people. But the barbecue was out of this world.
