I need to build a towable BBQ, our church has 3-4 outing for 150-200 people a year. It needs to be versitle and simple to use, Can you give me some ideas of design requirements.
how much cooking area?
should it use gas, char coal or a combination.
I am a sheet metal worker and welder so fabrication should not be a problem.
