Alright all you barbecue fanatics. BBQHub.com needs your help. I have a road trip coming up in about two weeks that is going to take me through St. Louis and Kansas City and I am looking for the best barbecue joints in both cities. The original Arthur Bryants is on my list but I still would like more options.
So if any of you can recommend a really good bbq restaurant along the route from St Louis to Kansas City then I sure would like to hear about it. When I stop in I will take photos and do a full review of each.
